Hucoco is soon launching its own B2C platform to distribute its wide range of furniture on the French Market. 🚀🚀🚀

IT & Design teams are busy at work but without the right marketing, this will all go to waste. This is where you come in to create from scratch our paid acquisition strategy and make it happen!


YOUR FIRST 12 MONTHS


Those haven't been without challenge. Nothing in place, tight deadlines, a huge catalogue to push, very few metrics at the start and high expectations, it all fell a bit messy & stressful at the start but you did it 💪 You overcame those by never giving up, went deep in the category and you kept on testing and iterating, and it worked. This resulted in a triple-digit growth of our site sales whilst still maintaining an overall positive ROI, we are on the right track.

You are now managing a portfolio of acquisition channels from AdWords to social ads.

The team has also evolved drastically. What was once you and the PM is now part of a newly formed marketing department, where you drive all the traffic growth efforts.

Most importantly, on your side, you have been developing & learning a lot too, and you feel proud to be part of this adventure and team.


NOT FOR EVERYONE


As you can probably gather by now, this is no small feat and definitely not for the faint-hearted, so, really, only people with the right experience, approach & self-discipline & tenacity should consider applying.

We also think that having previous client-side, e-commerce & French market experience to be a BIG plus and we will need to understand your past successes in real case studies.

Also, it's worth noting we are a remote-first company, so you will be able to work from home, anywhere. As much as it sounds great on paper, not everyone likes it in the long term, it requires a lot of self-discipline and can sometimes feel a bit lonely. But for those who like that, it's Freedom.

Timing-wise we would need someone to start from early-July


ROOM TO GROW


You will join our team, from as early as mid-June, as a Part-time consultant (15-20h per week) but if things are going to plan & you are open to this, of course, it could become a full-time engagement in the future and could grow in terms of scope and responsibilities & remuneration!
